Item manipulation

All these integrations are linked to the same monday.com item. Keep monday.com board limits in mind; you can have a limited amount of monday.com items on a board.

Create an item

When a new time entry is created, create an item

This integration creates a new monday.com item on the board where the integration has been configured, whenever a new time entry is created. The data of the time entry is put in the during the configuration assigned columns, with the monday.com item name being the unique id of the corresponding time entry. During the configuration, a new modal will appear, allowing you to select which value(s) to assign to which column. Learn more about item mapping ➜

This integration is useful if you want to get a quick overview of time entries and their details on a monday.com board. Moreover, it allows you to use those items for, among other things, reports and dashboards in monday.com.

Important

Do not change the name of the created monday.com item, especially if you plan on using the "update" and "delete" integrations. This is the time entry's id, which is used to determine which item should be updated.

Update an item

When a time is updated, update an item

This integration updates the by an integration monday.com item whenever its time entry is updated. The updated data of the time entry will overwrite the mapped column's values. During the configuration, a new modal will appear, allowing you to select which value(s) to assign to which column. Learn more about item mapping ➜

This integration is useful if you want to keep the items, created with the "create" integration, up-to-date with every change that will be made.

Delete an item

When a time entry is deleted, delete an item

This integration deletes the by an integration monday.com item whenever its time entry is deleted.

This integration is useful if you want to remove the items, created with the "create" integration, from the monday.com board.
