Tracket team admins

Tracket integrates with monday.com teams and works even better if you have teams! Tracket can add an extra layer of permissions to teams using the Tracket team admin role. This gives certain users more permissions regarding approvals and team member's timesheets. The permissions can be changed per team, so a user can be a Tracket team admin in team A, but a regular member in team B.

Important

Tracket team admins are not the same as monday.com team owners. Tracket team admins can be configured by a monday.com admin via Admin > People. Learn more about configuring team admins ➜

Capacity

You can let Tracket know how many hours someone works per week. This is what we call capacity. Capacity helps users to see how many hours they need to log. It is very useful for the approval process.

Holiday schedules

With holiday schedules, you can keep track of days off, create your own holidays and, with capacity filled in, holidays get subtracted from it. You can still log time on holidays. Every user can be assigned to a holiday schedule, which can be created for almost every country and, for some countries, even specific regions!

Holiday schedules are created for the current year, as well as the upcoming ones. This goes automatically; when the current year ends, the schedule for the upcoming years will be generated as well.

It is possible to make changes to a holiday schedule, like adding new and deleting existing holidays and changing the duration of a holiday.

Important

Changes made to holiday schedules only apply to the selected schedule. The newly generated schedules will not contain these changes such as, for example, custom holidays.
