Billing

Current plan

The current status and chosen plan of your Tracket license can be found on the Administration page in monday.com.

Where can you find this page?

  1. Open your monday.com instance.

  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner.

  3. Click in the menu on Administration.

  4. Click in the left side panel on Apps.

  5. In the list of installed apps find Tracket and click the three dots.

  6. Click in the menu on Billing.

Upcoming renewal

If you have an active license, you will see a renewal date on the active license card. The date of collection and the amount are shown here.

Change your plan

On the Billing page you can change your current plan by clicking the Change plan button.

Cancel your subscription's auto-renewal

If you need to cancel your subscription you can do so by following these steps from Billing page.

  1. Click the three dots.

  2. Click on Cancel subscription in the menu.

  3. Your auto-renewed subscription will be canceled.

  4. You can let us know why you canceled, which is greatly appreciated.

  5. After providing us with feedback (or skipping this step) you'll see the cancellation date on the billing page.

Tip

You can reactivate your Tracket subscription at any time by clicking the three dots and selecting Reactivate Auto Renewal.

Change payment method

On the Billing page you can change your current payment method by clicking the three dots and selecting Change payment method.

Change billing info

You can change your billing information by clicking the three dots and selecting Change billing info.

Invoice history

You invoices are stored on monday.com. To access your invoice history click the three dots on the Billing page and select the Invoices option in the menu.
