Installation

Install the app from the marketplace

  1. Log in to your monday.com instance.

  2. Navigate to the upper right corner and click on Apps.

  3. Search for Tracket by Avisi Apps.

  4. Click on Add to your account.

Available Tracket views

To start using Tracket, you must add a view where you want to use Tracket. There are several views available, each with different functionalities:

Desktop

  • board view - contains all timesheets, settings and approvals,

  • item view - allows you to directly add time entries on specific items and subitems,

  • dashboard widget - allows you to create a chart to display your data,

  • workspace app - same as the board view, but adds Tracket directly to the list on the left side in your workspace.

Mobile

Tracket is available on the monday.com mobile app! You can access Tracket from the same board view, item view and dashboard widgets, but work slightly different compared to the desktop versions. Learn more about the mobile views ➜

  • board view - contains your timesheets and allows you to log and submit your time,

  • item view - still a work in progress 🚧,

  • dashboard widget - view your existing charts.

Important

If you gave restricted access to certain workspaces only, make sure you are in the correct workspace when adding Tracket. Learn more about app workspace permissions ➜

Add Tracket views

  1. Open any board in the same monday.com instance where you want to add Tracket to (preferably a board where you want to see timesheets).

  2. Click on the + at the end of the view tabs just below the name of the board.

  3. You can either:

    1. Hover over Apps and see if Tracket - Time Tracking is listed.

    2. Click on More views, Installed Apps, then look for Tracket - Time Tracking.

  4. Click on Tracket - Time Tracking or Open in board.
