Grid view

The grid view gives you an overview of your time entries, grouped by combinations. You can quickly add, edit and remove time to existing combinations. To toggle the grid view, click on the left button at the top right of the timesheet.

A combination in Tracket is a unique combination of a board, item, subitem, category, team and custom fields. In the grid view, a row is a unique combination. Time entries with the same combination get listed in the same row.

Column selection

You can customize which fields you want to see on your timesheet.

1. Click on the column select button at the top right of the timesheet.

2. Click on the checkboxes to toggle a column.

3. To show the default selection, click on Reset column settings.

Pin combinations

With the pin icon in the grid view, you can keep your own favorite combinations listed as the first rows. Pinned rows can be very useful if you log on the same combination very often.

1. Hover over an existing row to show the pin.

2. Click on the pin.

3. The row should move to the top.
