New update action sequence to update fields from TOPdesk to Jira and ability to configure incident details in Jira issue panel.

Update incidents / changes from TOPdesk to Jira

We have created a new action sequence which can be used to update fields from TOPdesk to Jira. The action sequence can be downloaded from Jira and imported in your TOPdesk instance. You can manually change the fields you would like to update within the action sequence in TOPdesk. Connect the action sequence to your TOPdesk incidents or changes to give updates to the linked Jira issues. Read more about updating an Jira issue on the page below:

Configure incident details

In the Jira issue panel you can choose which TOPdesk fields you would like to show. Previously this was only possible for changes. Now it is also possible to configure the incident fields you would like to be shown in the Jira issue panel. More information can be found here:
