Team reports give you as a team admin insight in your team's time spent.
Team reports are different than the period overview in one way: the view of multiple team members at once. You can choose to display the team entries in different ways by making use of the group by functionality, display options and filters.
The group by option in team reporting gives you the flexibility to aggregate the data in the way you would like to view it. Using grouping levels to group by: board, category, item, subitem, person and combination*.
Combination is a term for the row of a standard time entry. A combination can for example be a time entry made on an item - category, or item - subitem - category.
By default the last layer is set as person and each row in the report is one person. You can switch to other options if for example you want to have an overview of the total time logged on a category, see the example below:
With the display options you can adjust different parts of the table. With the time format you choose between different representations of time. For an overview of a year, for example, choose the time format days in decimals.
In Tracket 1 day is 8 hours
With the column period you change the time period of a column. Here you can switch between the logged time per day, week, month or quarter. This is ideal when you look back over a long period of time.
With the show weekend checkbox you determine whether weekend days are shown as columns. If you turn off weekends, any hours logged during the weekend will be shown in the total hours column.
With the filters you can easily choose which information is and is not shown in your report. For example, choose to only show certain boards, or filter on certain categories or employees.
You can export the report you have composed to Excel. Click on the 3 dots menu en choose Export to Excel.
