Subscription / license
When installing the app via the monday.com marketplace, Tracket includes a 21 days free trial. After the trial has ended, you will only be able to make use of the item view where you can make new time entries. You need to add payment details in Stripe in order to continue using the app.
There are two types of subscriptions available: monthly or yearly. You can upgrade your license via the upgrade banner or via the subscription page in the admin menu. Your subscription will be renewed each month/year automatically, unless it's cancelled.
Licensing is handled by Stripe. You can access your subscription via the admin menu -> subscription. You can upgrade and cancel your subscription over here.
