Time entry integrations
How to create an activity stream based on the time entry integrations.
There are three time entry integrations available currently. These time entry integrations can be used to create a stream of items for each item where time is logged on.
There are three integrations available:
  • when a time entry is created, create an item
  • when a time entry is updated, update an item
  • when a time entry is deleted, delete an item.
Using those all together will result in accurate time entry data. (The same monday.com item is linked to these recipes).
With time entry integrations you can map fields from a time entry. The fields that show depend on the type of columns the monday.com board already has.
Below you will find an overview of the Tracket fields that can be mapped to a monday.com column:

This is the id of the time entry. We need this id to do updates.

The user that has created the time entry.

Time entry minutes
The amount of minutes of the time entry.

Time entry billable minutes
The amount of billable minutes of the time entry.

The id of the category (numerical)

The name of the category (for example "marketing")

The description field of the time entry.

Link to the item id where the time entry was created.
