Jira Service Desk Automation

We added a trigger to Jira Service Desk Automation. The action of linking a contact or company to an issue can now be used as a trigger in an automation rule

Preparation for new features

We have done a migration as preparation for a new feature that will be released in the future. All of your companies and contacts have been moved to a default Workspace. What you will notice about this change is that the direct URL to a contact/company has been changed. We made sure that saved URLs to contacts/companies will be redirected to the new URL.

The IDs of the fields in your templates have also been changed. Make sure to have a look at your API integrations or JQL queries if you use field IDs instead of field labels.
