Company/contact export

You can export your contacts and companies to a CSV or Excel file.

Exporting companies/contacts

You can select which companies/contacts you would like to export by navigating to the companies/contacts overview. After you have decided which companies you would like to export, you can choose to include data of their linked contacts.

• The option Companies will only export data for each selected company.

• The option Companies & contacts will include more rows of data for each contact that belongs to the company.

Exporting linked companies/contacts

There are different export options available if you are exporting linked companies/contacts. To export linked contacts, navigate to a company and head over to their contacts page.

• The option Include only Atlas CRM will only export data that is a combination of the selected contacts and the company Atlas CRM.

• The option Include all linked companies will include a combination of the selected contacts and the company Atlas CRM, in addition of combinations between the selected contacts and all other companies that they are linked to.
