Third party services

Atlas CRM uses third party services for certain features. You can configure which services you would like to use.

All third party services are enabled by default. You can disable any service in the dedicated settings page.

To find the services configuration:

  • Log in as a Jira Administrator.

  • Go to Manage apps.

  • Navigate to Settings in the Atlas CRM menu.

  • Click on the tab Third party services

Each service has a description which tells you where the service is being used for. You can also read about the features that will become unavailable once the service is disabled. If you have any questions about these services, please contact our service desk.
